Keno Tactics That Are Sure To Win

[ English ]

It won’t often be thought of as the sexiest game in the arena of gaming, but keno has massive amounts of steadfast followers. And so it should! It’s a always thrilling lotto-ish game that’s easy to master, readily available in a number of different formats, and one that might pay out millions of dollars for gamblers who learn its endless subtle rules. But let’s deal with the basic rules here.

When describing keno to novices, some gambling pros compare it to bingo. This is at least in some ways correct, in that each game is basically numerical. But to take that comparison too far will be to misunderstand the great many unique traits that make keno so exciting. Not like bingo, keno enthusiasts have the freedom to pick the numbers for every card.

Keno cards have a total of 80 numbers, but the player is given an additional level of personal responsibility by being able to choose as many (or as few) numbers as she desires. And it doesn’t take a super genius to figure out how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark all your desired numbers with a normalmarker like you used back in the day.

Now that you have checked your numbers, take the game card back to the nice person at the keno stand. The person will record your numbers and then hand you a receipt. Don’t misplace this (potentially) lucrative bit of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers your mug and would like to help out, without a winning receipt on you, you will get exactly $.00 for your time spent.

So, there you have strategy number one: always take care to keep your keno slip. Let’s move to something a tiny bit more useful, ok?

Once you’ve selected your numbers, settle into a comfy keno booth and observe the action unfold on the screen. This is where the winning numbers are shown for us. If you marked winners, mark your card appropriately. Sake care not to drag your feet, or sit there congratulating yourself for too great a length of time. You really want to get up to the keno booth to collect your winnings, as a new round of keno will surely get going within a few minutes.

Strategy number 2: always make it back to the keno stand on time!

Since you can’t trust yourself to meet that 5 minute margin every time, you always retain the option of purchasing a "multi-race" card. These include the same set of your chosen numbers on anywhere from 2 to twenty slips. When the maximum amount of games (matching the amount of tickets) is completed, you should then get off your numb butt and go collect your winnings.

Yet an additional alternative is referred to as a "stray and play" keno card, which normally allows you make number choices for 30 keno rounds or more. Hell, you can take vacation to Greece and not have to get uptight about getting back in time to collect your numbers. Most "stray and play" cards are good for up to a whole year after it’s bought!

And now you have learned a handful of necessary strategies for winning keno. If you are an adept player, they might appear to be incredibly obvious. But it does not hurt to bone up on the basic tactics, and if you are a newbie player, every little bit of information will help make your keno playing time more exciting.
